Message from the Group CEO

As the visionary CEO of Iustus Mercatura Holding Inc., myself and our team has established the company’s global strategy based on the philosophy of “fair trade” (Iustus Mercatura). We have not only positioned the Holding Company as a strategic management holding, but also, based on this understanding, moved away from purely trading in food commodities towards establishing the complete supply chain – from the field to the end customer – for the benefit of all parties involved.

This interdisciplinary approach includes the refinery and financing for our customers as well as customer consulting, after-sales service, and ocean freight.

We have gathered experts from all areas. We see ourselves as problem solvers for our customers.
Under my leadership, the company will drive forward towards a vertical integration. This is also reflected in the “Iustus Agricultura Brasil SA” project and the establishment of our own sugar production in Uganda, as well as the founding of the Iustus Nautic fleet.

This not only ensures the sustainability of our supply, but also enables us to offer our customers a comprehensive service.
I am also leading the establishment of Iustus Mercatura Finance DIFC LLC in Dubai, ensuring the company’s commitment to reliability and competitive pricing for specialised sustainable agriculture and trade finance for qualified customers worldwide.

Our CEO for USA, Mr. Christian Thomas who is also running Iustus Mercatura USA Inc in New Jersey as well as FITC Energy Group USA is as well the overall Group Chairman of our Holding this Split of Positions based on regional Knowledge and Market awareness allows us to effectively manouver around complex Situations in a very short time as we keep always close Contact with our local Directors as well as our Clients and Banking Contacts all accross the Globe.
